SO…as I’m well on my way to not being a fat piece of shit for the rest of my life…I decided tonight was the night to finally go ahead and eat a veggie laden vegan meal…I did not actually check to see if the tortilla or seasoning I used was vegan…but my heart was in the right place…

That picture right there is of the healthiest food I’ve ever put in my body, ever.

I’m probably going to get sick. I blame you Stephanie and Luke.

Here’s what it looked like:

Then this…

Then I thought pictures weren’t enough…so here’s a video…before you watch it you should know that I talk while eating, and I make lip smacking sounds that a wild boar would be jealous of…

I still look so f*cking fat.

Thankfully I’m doing something about that. Seriously.

So now that I’m ok with what I ate tonight I’d be willing to listen to you if you had a recipe for some veggie style crap that won’t make me puke…I’m trying to stay away from mushrooms…simply because I can’t even stand the smell of them. Everything else I’d consider, for realsies.

Also, since I have no movies to review lately…I think I’ll talk about SNL.

Saturday Night Live is the only show I still watch on television. It’s amazing. Every week. Here’s why, in my opinion. Think about the funniest thing you can right now. Now make that 90 minutes, make it topical, and do it every week. LIVE.

That show is SO hard to do it’s impossible to explain. All I know is that I respect the shit out of everyone that can get up in front of people and make them laugh. It’s a true talent. This week Mr. Seth Macfarlane did his best to get away from just doing voices and try some actual live television. I laughed. I especially enjoyed him as Ryan Lochte during weekend update. Spot on, and really funny.

Of course my FAVORITE skit had to be the “Gangnam Style” Lids skit…very nicely done, SNL.

Alright that’s it for tonight…5am still blows.

Try wrapping avocado, quartered cherry tomatoes and a bunch of leafy greens together – like baby arugula or spinach. Sprinkle it a bit of lemon/lime juice and some salt. Yum 🙂

It looks pretty delisch to me! Goo luck with the good fare!

You're here...might as well say something...
