That’s me.
I haven’t been sleeping, my back has gotten progressively worse since December 20th. I can’t sit comfortably or lay comfortably or stand comfortably or anything comfortably.
I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow afternoon to see what in the absolute hell is going on with my stupid back. Probably this:
I was miserable today at work and it’s not getting any better now that I’m home. I’m trying to just relax and find a position that doesn’t make me want to kick a toddler.
This blows goats.
I’m still trying to eat healthy and drink water, but tonight I’m going to self medicate with my friend Jack, because as the old saying goes, “A bad back feels better with Jack.”
That’s not a real saying. I don’t care, I’m having a cocktail. I’m also going to try to sleep with a pillow between my knees because that’s what Google said to do. If I trust Google to find me good Chinese food in a strange town, then I’ll trust it with my sleeping positions.
So bear with me while things are on hold until I don’t have a constant pain in my vertebrae. Thanks 🙂
